  1. This is nothing, because the Official Receiver in England can seize every penny without a hearing either. Even if you have proof that a court Order was issued against you for ‘more than £750’ without any hearing of your defence.

    So forget the Magna Carter of 800 years ago, because The International Bill of Human Rights was founded in 1948 with The Universal Declaration of Human Rights which was itself declared to be “a Magna Carta for the World”, and these acts all violate it.
